By AirThe international Brest - Bretagne airport (+33 298 32 0100) is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. A shuttle to the city centre (railway station) is available on arrivals and departures of regular flights.
Direct regular flights connect Brest to Paris Orly (6 flights daily), Paris Roissy (3 flights daily), Lyon (3 flights daily), Nice, Marseille, Nantes, Toulon (week-end only). Air France (tel. : 0 820 820 820, www.airfrance.com) operates most of them.

By Train The Brest railway station is only a 5 minute walk from the Congress Centre. The TGV High Speed Train links Paris (Montparnasse) to Brest in about 4 hours, with 10 departures daily. Connections to Charles de Gaulle airport and Northern France, Belgium and the Netherlands are available via Rennes.
The ICOE Organising Committee, together with the Brest Tourism Office, has pre-booked a certain number of rooms from 14th to 17th October for its own participants. To get one (or more) of them, you have to fill the registration form downloadable underneath and send it back to the Brest Tourism Office (address provided in the registration form). This service is available until 12th September 2008.
