Simultaneous translation
Simultaneous translation will enable full understanding both in English and in French during the whole conference. Hence, you can choose your presentation language!
These guidelines are for authors selected by the Scientific Committee as a result of the Call for Papers. Organisers invite authors to submit their full paper no later than 29th September 2008 via an e-mail sent to contact@icoe2008.com.

Presenters will be grouped within sessions of 4 speeches (20 minutes each) ending with 20 minutes of Q&A. Slides (PPT or PDF) must be written in English and sent to organisers no later than 6th October 2008 at contact@icoe2008.com.
Posters must follow guidelines provided in the downloadable document underneath.
A PDF copy (A4 format) has to be sent to organisers no later than 6th October 2008 at contact@icoe2008.com.

Organizers invite authors to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation on topics relevant to the Conference Topics.
Abstracts must comply with the instructions below. Please read them carefully before preparing your abstract.

Abstracts must be written in English (compulsory) and in French (optional), prepared in Microsoft Word, and to be formatted according to a template document in English (compulsory) and a template document in French (optional) that must be used.
ONLY ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED ONLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED. The online Abstract Submission Form must be fully completed.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
The Organising Committee will not be responsible for abstract submissions not received via the conference website or for submission errors caused by external factors (Internet Service outages, major event…).
All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to reject or accept abstracts for inclusion in the programme.
Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection at the end of June 2008.
Presenting authors will be required to register for the Conference. Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book only if presenters have registered no later than the 12th September 2008.
Successful authors will be required to submit their presentations and posters in advance of the conference and will be notified of the deadlines for submission.
Following the conference it is proposed to publish the proceedings of the conference. If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation then you will be asked to submit a full paper. Acceptance of full papers and poster abstracts for publication is contingent on peer review by the Scientific Committee.
